Our race site, Goldston's Beach was the original race site-when White Lake was first staged in 1996 and has now been re-branded as The Grand Regal @ Goldston's Beach.

The White Lake Fall International will be conducted on Saturday and the Double Sprint will be on Sunday.

News

11/1/23:  The White Lake Fall Triathlon Festival will now feature the popular "double sprint" format on Sunday.

People have been asking for the Carolina Beach Double Sprint to return. While this is no longer possible at Carolina Beach, we have decided to change the standard sprint format for the Sunday fall race at White Lake to the double sprint format.

Swim:  1500 meters
Bike:  28 Miles
Run:  10K

Double Sprint:

Swim:  500 meters
Run:  1.5 miles
Bike: 18.5 miles
Run:  1.5 miles
Swim:  500 meters

Important things to remember :

•   A photo ID is required for packet pick-up.
•   Cash, Check or Credit Card are accepted.
•   All participants must pick up their own race packet. (Including all relay team members)

Participant orientation meetings will be held at the swim start/finish location as follows:

International:  Friday 6th) @ 7:00 PM

Double Sprint:  Saturday (7th) @ 7:00 PM
